Learn how to cook Bouillabaisse with Stanley Street in our kitchens and dining room, or in your own kitchen.
During this class, we will cook together Bouillabaisse. La Bouillabaisse, classic Provençal stew is loaded with fresh seafood and many varieties of fish in a broth delicately flavored with fennel. This soup has a beautiful stock as its base so delicious that you can barely imagine improving on it. Grab fish bones when you see them!
We can offer individual lessons at a time that suits your schedule – please add preferences in the order notes. The teaching can be in your own home, or you could bring a group of friends to our kitchen for a collective lesson. You can then choose to take the menu you have cooked home. Alternatively, you can stay and eat together in our dining room, with your own drinks to complement your food.
